The Plano Winterguard is the second season of the Plano Colorguard. This activity is performed indoors to a soundtrack and competes independently from the band. The Plano Winterguard is an award winning team at Plano Senior that is made up of students from Clark, Vines, and Plano Senior HS. These schools operate as one unit during the duration of the winterguard season and compete as both the Plano Maroon Guard and Plano Silver Guard.   

23-24 Winterguard Auditions

Auditions for the 23-24 Winterguard season will be held on November 17th, 2023. With 6 clinics leading up to the audition. Auditions are open to current 9th-12th grade students at Clark, Vines and Plano. No experience is needed. See the flyer below for more information. (Google Classroom Code: u5rpc7t )

Plano Maroon Guard 

The Plano Maroon Guard currently competes in the Scholastic A class at NTCA. This season, the Maroon Guard has been working hard on their 2023 program entitled "Saturn". The Maroon Guard placed 3rd and won the bronze medal in their round at the NTCA Scholastic A Championships. Congratulations to our Maroon Guard on their amazing season!  

Plano Silver Guard 

The Plano Maroon Guard currently competes in the Regional A class at NTCA. This season, the Silver Guard has been working hard on their 2023 program entitled "Songbirds". The Silver Guard placed 1st at the NTCA Contest in Richardson which moved them up from Regional AA to Regiona A class. Congratulations to our Silver Guard on their amazing season!
