Greetings, Plano Band families!

We’ve reached the final stretch of an incredible year, and May is packed with performances, celebrations, and moments that showcase the talent and hard work of our students. From our dazzling Prism Concert to the long‑awaited Band Banquet, we can’t wait to close out the year together in true Plano Band style.

There is still time to join us on Saturday, May 16 for a memorable evening of great food, awards, and dancing as we celebrate our students and mark the 75th Anniversary of the Plano Band. The banquet is open to all band and color guard members, their families, and friends.

Ticket Prices

• $0 – Current PSHS Band and Color Guard Students (While banquet tickets are complimentary for band students, an RSVP is required for headcount purposes.)
• $30 – All other guests

Be sure to purchase your tickets by Friday, May 8! Tickets will not be sold after this date due to deadlines required by our caterer.  

The Vines Band Boosters are seeking student volunteers to help serve food at the band banquet on Saturday, May 9 at the PSHS cafeteria.

Volunteers should arrive at 5:45 p.m. and plan to stay until 7 p.m. Dinner service begins shortly after the event starts at 6 p.m.

If students need service hours or would just like to help the event run smoothly, they would love your support. Dinner is not guaranteed for volunteers but may be available after all guests are served. If you have family attending, you’re welcome to join them once your shift is complete. Those interested in volunteering should email Vines Banquet Coordinator, Hayley Lee at hdlee4821@gmail.com.

For returning band members, the 2026–2027 Gear Package will be available for purchase in the next several weeks — and this year’s set features fresh, exciting new designs we can’t wait to reveal.

Support your student — and support the Plano Band! The 2026 Football Program is now selling personal ads and senior shoutouts that will appear in all six home game programs next season.

The football boosters generously provide the band with complimentary program pages and cover features each year, and this is their only fundraiser. Purchasing an ad is a great way to show appreciation for their partnership.

Plano Band receives a portion of every band ad and shoutout sold.
