Hello Plano Band families!

March is bringing warmer days, big performances, and several great ways to support our students. The Plano Jazz Band's biggest event of the year — Swing Dance — is happening this Saturday, and we can’t wait to fill “Club Cat” with music, dancing, and community fun. We’re also kicking off our Butter Braid fundraiser, with sweet and savory pastries delivered just in time for Easter. And as we look ahead to next year, we’re beginning to build the 2026–2027 Booster Board and would love to welcome new parent leaders. Oh — and don’t forget this month’s Spirit Night at Rodeo Goat! 🐐 🍔

The show must go on! The annual Swing Dance is happening this Saturday, and if you’ve already purchased tickets, hang on — they’re still valid. And for all you bidders out there, the silent auction is officially open! Look for the digital flyers with QR codes below.

Volunteers & donations: We still need parent volunteers and food donations to make this year's event a success.

Plano Band is selling delicious Butter Braid pastries now through Mar. 15, with delivery in time for Easter. Scan the QR code below and select your band student from the list.

Join us Tuesday, Mar. 10 at Rodeo Goat! Mention Plano Band when you place your order and 20% of sales will be donated to the band.

Your 2025–2026 Family Contribution directly supports student experiences, equipment, clinicians, transportation, and more. If you haven't already, please make payments through your Membership Toolkit account.

Cost: $35.72 (includes sewing onto the jacket)
